Vendor Selection Process

  • Pre-Qualification Process:

    • Application Process: Interested vendors can apply by writing to us through https://galaxefi.com/contact. Upon contact from the Procurement Department, ensure all required documents are submitted for a smooth evaluation.
    • Evaluation: Our procurement team evaluates applications based on various factors including product quality, compliance with industry standards, and financial stability.
    • Approval: Selected vendors will be notified via email and will receive a Vendor Onboarding Packet with further instructions.
    • Periodic Vendor Audits: We conduct regular audits to ensure continued compliance with our standards and expectations.
  • Contract Award Process:
    • Quotations: For each contract, we require at least three quotations to ensure a competitive selection process.
    • Comparison: Our procurement team compares the quotations based on cost, quality, and other relevant factors.
    • Best Value for Money: Contracts are awarded based on the best value for money, considering both cost and quality.
