Being a registered user at galaxefi you can turn all your historic physical records into a digital archive.
Depending upon the volume and the condition of the documents, the digitization process with OCR indexing can reach up to 0.1 million documents per day.
The digitized document has an average space of:
| 300 DPI Digital Scan | Average Space Per Document with OCR |
| Black and White | Between 55KB and 70KB |
| Gray Scale | Between 700KB and 800KB |
| Color | Between 850KB and 950KB |
Please note that this digital achievement is even more beneficial for you if the regulator (governmental bodies) accepts the repository as legitimate. To do this, one of the stakeholders digitally will be the regulator which means that they have access to your digital records.
