Refund Policy

Scope

This refund policy is specific to the nature of our galaxefi Digital Freight Forwarding and Fulfilment Platform. It is designed to address potential billing errors and ensure transparency in our refund process. Users are encouraged to read and understand this policy before using our platform’s services.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered in specific circumstances where there has been an overcharge or an error in the billing process on the part of the Service Providers and/or Partners. This situation is extremely rare to arise as there is a quotation process that involves all the stakeholders.

Requests for refunds are subject to the consent approval of the Service Providers and/or Partners as the case may be. Please note that all such cases must be submitted within 03 days from the date of the transaction.

Non-Refundable Services

This Acceptable Use Policy – AUP is effective dated: June 01, 2024

Services that are provided by galaxefi, such as order processing, shipment management, and fulfillment services, are considered non-refundable once completed.

Service Providers and/or Partners Billing Errors

In the event of a billing error resulting in an overcharge, the excess amount will be promptly refunded to the user upon the consent approval of the Service Providers and/or Partners.

Refund Process

To request a refund, users must submit a written request to our customer support team at care@galaxefi.com.

The refund request must include details of the transaction, relevant BRN references, and a description of the issue.

Refund Approval

Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 03 business days. Approval of refunds is subject to the verification and the validation of the billing error and/or overcharge.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Refunds may take from 07 and up to 30 business days.

No Refund for Platform Services Rendered

Please note that our platform provides fulfillment and logistical services that are completed once orders are processed and shipped. Therefore, no refunds will be issued for services that have already been rendered.
