Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) outlines the acceptable use of the services (“Services”) provided by galaxefi (“Company”). All users (“Users”) of our digital fulfillment platform and PCS – Port Community System are required to comply with this Policy. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Policy.
Acceptable Use
| Compliance with Laws | Users must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations while using our Services. |
| Respectful Conduct | Users must conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful and considerate of others. Harassment, abuse, or any form of offensive behavior will not be tolerated. |
| Authorized Access | Users must only access Services through authorized means. Unauthorized access to our platform, including attempting to bypass security measures, is prohibited. |
Prohibited Activities
| Illegal Activities | Users must not use our Services to engage in any illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or the distribution of counterfeit goods. |
| Harmful Activities | Users must not engage in activities that harm or threaten to harm our platform, Services, or other users. This includes the distribution of malware, viruses, or any other harmful software. |
| Unauthorized Data Access | Users must not attempt to access, interfere with, or retrieve data that they are not authorized to access. Unauthorized data mining, scraping, or harvesting of information is strictly prohibited. |
| Spamming and Phishing | Users must not use our Services to send unsolicited messages (spam) or engage in phishing activities to obtain sensitive information from other users. |
| Infringement of Intellectual Property | Users must not use our Services to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, including copyright, trademark, and patent violations. |
| Misrepresentation | Users must not impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent their affiliation with a person or entity. |
Data Usage and Privacy
| User Data | Users must respect the privacy and confidentiality of other users. Unauthorized access, collection, or disclosure of personal information is prohibited. |
| Data Integrity | Users must ensure that any data they provide is accurate, complete, and not misleading. |
Security Obligations
| Account Security | Users are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials. Sharing account details with others is prohibited. |
| Reporting Security Issues | Users must promptly report any security breaches or suspicious activities to the Company. Cooperation with any investigations into such matters is required. |
Consequences of Violations
| Suspension and Termination | The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services for any User found to be in violation of this Policy, without prior notice. |
| Legal Action | In addition to suspension or termination, Users may be subject to legal action for any illegal activities conducted on our platform. |
| Indemnification | Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from their violation of this Policy. |
Modifications
The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
