Purpose
The purpose of this Accuracy and Reliability Policy is to establish guidelines to ensure that galaxefi (“Company”) delivers accurate and reliable information, products, and services to its customers. This policy aims to maintain the integrity and trustworthiness of our offerings, reduce errors, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Policy Review and Updates
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and stakeholders involved in the creation, processing, delivery, and management of the Company’s information, products, and services. It covers:
- Data accuracy and verification
- Product and service reliability
- Quality assurance and control
- Error reporting and correction
Definitions
- Accuracy: The degree to which data, information, products, or services are correct, precise, and free from errors.
- Reliability: The consistency and dependability of the Company’s products, services, and processes in performing as intended.
- Quality Assurance (QA): Systematic activities implemented within a quality system to ensure quality requirements for products and services are fulfilled.
- Error Reporting: The process of identifying, documenting, and reporting inaccuracies or inconsistencies in data, information, products, or services.

- Promptly identify, report, and correct errors or inconsistencies.
Data Accuracy and Verification
Data Collection
- Ensure data is collected from reliable and verified sources.
- Implement standardized procedures for data entry to minimize errors.
Data Verification
- Regularly verify the accuracy of data through cross-checks and validation processes.
- Utilize automated tools and manual checks to ensure data integrity.
Data Maintenance
- Keep data up-to-date and accurate through ongoing maintenance and review.
- Archive outdated or irrelevant data in accordance with the Company’s Data Retention Policy.
Product and Service Reliability
Development and Testing
- Implement rigorous testing protocols during the development of products and services to identify and resolve issues before release.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure products and services meet customer needs and expectations.
Performance Monitoring
- Continuously monitor the performance of products and services to ensure reliability.

- Regularly update products and services to enhance reliability and address identified issues.
- Provide timely maintenance and support to resolve any disruptions or failures.
Quality Assurance and Control

- Conduct regular quality control checks on data, products, and services.

Error Reporting and Correction
Error Identification
- Encourage employees and customers to report any inaccuracies or inconsistencies they encounter.
- Provide clear channels for error reporting, including email, phone, and online forms.
Error Documentation
- Document all reported errors, including details of the issue, its impact, and any corrective actions taken.
- Maintain a centralized error log to track and analyze error trends.
Error Correction
- Prioritize and address errors based on their severity and impact on customers.
- Implement corrective actions promptly to resolve errors and prevent recurrence.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Employees: Responsible for ensuring accuracy and reliability in their work, reporting errors, and following QA processes.
- QA Team: Oversees the implementation and maintenance of the QA framework, conducts quality checks, and manages error reporting.
- Management: Ensures the allocation of resources for QA activities, supports a culture of quality, and addresses systemic issues impacting accuracy and reliability.
Policy Review and Updates
- This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to ensure its effectiveness and alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Changes to this policy will be communicated to all employees and stakeholders.
