Discount Coupon Utilization Policy

Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to ensure clarity and fairness in the utilization of discount coupons issued by galaxefi. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which discount coupons can be used and addresses the validity period of these coupons.

Scope

This policy applies to all customers who receive discount coupons from galaxefi for use on the platform.

Definitions

Validity Period

  • Discount coupons are valid for a specific period as stated at the time of issuance. The validity period will be clearly mentioned on the coupon which is available digitally.
  • Service Providers must utilize the discount coupons within the specified validity period.

Utilization of Coupons

  • Discount coupons can be applied towards mapped eligible service provided by galaxefi.
  • To redeem a coupon, customers must enter the coupon code during the checkout process on the platform.

Non-Transferability

  • Discount coupons are non-transferable and can only be used by the service provider to whom they were issued.
  • Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of credit.

Expiration of Coupons

  • Coupons not utilized within the specified validity period will automatically become invalid and will no longer be redeemable.
  • galaxefi will not extend the validity period of any expired coupons.

Limitations and Exclusions

  • Each discount coupon can only be used once, unless otherwise specified.
  • Coupons cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated.

Amendments

  • galaxefi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the discount coupon program at any time without prior notice.
  • Any amendments to this policy will be communicated to customers through the official website or other appropriate channels.

Enforcement

Failure to adhere to the terms outlined in this policy may result in the forfeiture of the discount coupon. galaxefi reserves the right to take necessary actions to ensure compliance with this policy.
