User Responsibility and Indemnification

At galaxefi, we are committed to providing a secure, transparent, and compliant digital platform for cross-border trade facilitation. While we enable end-to-end supply chain visibility and offer trade facilitation tools, the responsibility for all actions and transactions performed through the platform rests solely with the users.

Platform Responsibility and User Accountability

galaxefi is a neutral service provider offering digital infrastructure. We do not control, monitor, or verify the accuracy, legality, or completeness of user-uploaded data, invoices, declarations, or trade-related documents. Users are fully responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to customs, taxation, anti-money laundering, and trade regulations.

Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement

By using galaxefi’s services, each user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Galaxefi Solutions Private Limited, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, penalties, damages, or legal proceedings arising from:

  • Under-invoicing or over-invoicing of goods;
  • Misrepresentation or misdeclaration of goods or services;
  • Non-compliance with customs, banking, or regulatory requirements;
  • Breach of third-party rights or contractual obligations;
  • Any fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activities carried out using galaxefi’s platform.

Incident Reporting Obligation

To maintain platform integrity, all users are required to report any observed:

  • Misappropriation;
  • Suspicious or non-compliant transactions;
  • Fraudulent behaviour;
  • Platform misuse; within 24 hours of discovery to galaxefi through official channels.

Enforcement of Zero Tolerance Policy

galaxefi reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts involved in misconduct;
  • Report fraudulent or non-compliant activities to the relevant authorities including PSW, SBP, FBR, OGAs – Other Governmental Agencies or law enforcement;
  • Initiate legal proceedings against violators as per the governing laws of Pakistan.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

This indemnification and user responsibility policy is governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

Platform Policy Scope and Limitations

galaxefi’s responsibilities and deliverables are strictly limited to executing its published Platform Policies, including:

Users acknowledge that while galaxefi facilitates basic KYC verifications, provides trade facilitation tools, and ensures platform security, galaxefi does not assume regulatory or legal responsibility for users’ trade or financial activities. The accuracy, legality, and compliance of all trade-related transactions and documents remain solely the responsibility of the user.

For clarity, galaxefi does not:

  • Validate or guarantee the commercial authenticity of trade documents or invoices.
  • Bear liability for customs declarations, financial commitments, or regulatory filings by users.
  • Participate as a party to any trade or financial transaction executed via its platform.

Data Protection and Confidentiality

While galaxefi ensures secure handling of user data in line with its Data Privacy Policy, users remain responsible for the integrity and legality of the information they provide. Misuse of proprietary galaxefi systems, technologies, or confidential processes is strictly prohibited.
