galaxefi Unveils AI Faceless Operations, enabling Zero-Touch with galaxbot™ and butler™ Services to transform Pakistan’s cross-border trade. As Pakistan’s logistics industry is losing an estimated $36 billion annually due to outdated, offline processes, jeopardizing up to 3 million jobs and hindering export potential. galaxefi came up with “AI Faceless Operations” that fuses galaxbot™, a multilingual, LLM-powered AI assistant, with Butler™ Services, close-netted chain of AI agents that brings hands-free resource augmentation to fully automate booking, documentation, customer support, and exception handling. This AI Faceless Operations is projected to reduce turnaround times by up to 70%, slashes overhead costs, and enables 24/7 trade facilitation without additional headcount.

galaxbot™ is an AI-driven virtual agent with advanced multilingual NLP, SSML and TTS capable of interpreting user requests, auto-filling shipment details, generating regulatory documents, and coordinating with stakeholder, all via simple chat or voice commands. galaxbot™ acts like a personal operations manager handling booking queries, monitoring real-time transit updates, and alerting stakeholders to exceptions.

Butler™ Services, a close-nested chain of AI agents, offers “faceless” resource augmentation, supplying experienced logistics professionals who seamlessly take over routine tasks ranging from customs filings and inventory checks to after-hours customer support without service providers hiring a single resource. February 2025 – PLSS 2025

Pakistan`s logistics industry faces annual losses of around $36 billion due to offline trade, potentially resulting in the loss of two to three million jobs. Experts emphasized these concerns at the PLSS – Pakistan Logistics and Shipping Summit 2025, which was held on Thursday, February 20, 2025. According to a press release, industry leaders emphasized that real-time solutions, including processing, tracking, and other digital facilities, are the only way to tap into growth opportunities and compete with the developed world.
While government processes have become nearly real-time, a significant gap remains, with approximately 70% of private sector activities, including those of freight forwarders and related service providers, still relying on outdated, manual methods. Experts highlighted various issues linked to foreign trade, noting that only 40% of imported containers return as exports from Pakistan, indicating a serious imbalance in trade.
Founder and CEO of galaxefi AP – Asif Pervez said initiatives such as Digital Pakistan, Uraan Pakistan, and Pakistan Single Window (PSW) had laid a robust foundation for modernization. PSW, in particular, has digitized over 70 government agencies, streamlining customs, licensing, and regulatory processes that previously hindered trade operations.
However, technological gaps, hesitation from SMEs and stakeholders in adopting digital solutions, and slow-paced support for digitization are still preventing Pakistan from keeping pace with other developing countries.
